August 2010 Stats - REBGV

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver has released it's report on the August 2010 market; it's copied below.  In summary, there was a slight (2.4%) decline in sales over July and a much more substantial decline (36%) from August the year before. The market is becoming more balanced and that home buyers may benefit from these changes.
